We are looking for a proactive IT Support Specialist to join our team at EmberNXT IT Solutions. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth IT operations for both internal teams and clients.
Responsibilities
Provide frontline IT support for internal teams and external clients.
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.
Perform system updates, security patches, and routine maintenance.
Ensure data security and compliance with IT policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
Familiarity with networking concepts (LAN, WAN, VPN) and troubleshooting.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
